Five visits consist of crabgrass pre-emergent with fertilizer in early spring, herbicide blanket spray in late spring, fertilizer and spot spray broadleaf weeds in summer, treatment of broadleaf weeds in late summer and a winter fertilizer in mid to late fall.
Reduce japanese beetle populations by controlling the adult insects that eat the plant foliage. In April/May we apply a pre-emergent to shrubs, trees, and perennials which immerses itself into the foliage causing death to the japanese beetle when they begin to eat.
Lawn grubs are the immature form of japanese beetles, they feed on grass roots, causing sections of grass in the lawn to die. Grubs eventually turn into adult beetles and emerge from soil to mate and lay eggs in the turf, which hatch into more grubs. An application in July will be applied to all turf areas to reduce this process.
Four visits to reduce mosquito, japanese beetle and tick population.

Remove natural occurrence of thatch accumulation (dead grass and root material) from lawn, allowing a uniform and quick absorption of water and nutrients for new grass growth. When done correctly, there is a slight amount of thatch left behind, assuring some protection for the new grass and acts as a means for water retention.
Maintain planting beds by hand pulling weeds and applying Round Up as necessary.
Redefine edge of planting beds and tree rings with a natural spade edge. Service not needed if plastic or metal edging is on the property. Disposal charges may apply.
Supply and install brown enviro or hardwood mulch to planting beds and tree rings.
Prune shrubs, collect debris and haul off site. First round of general pruning performed in June/July. Second round of pruning for touch up and end of growth season is in August/September.
This service is performed in the early fall months. Our specialized aeration equipment will remove plugs or cores of soil and thatch from lawn. This process reduces soil compaction, creating a channel opening for oxygen, water, to allow nutrient penetration into the soil.
Increases thickness of turf and strengthens the overall lawn by adding different varieties of grass to the property. Overseeding will not fill bare patches or large dead turf areas. For spots like these you will need to pay extra attention by adding topsoil, higher levels of see, and water daily.
Sprayed application to shrubs and desirable planting to protect from deer.
Installation of deer netting applied to arborvitaes, yews and other desirable plantings to protect from deer and other rodents.
Selective pruning and rejuvenation pruning are some of the best things you can do for your shrubs. Selective pruning thins out the shrub by cutting back the branches. Rejuvenation pruning cuts the whole shrub to a height of 4–10 inches. Dogwood, spirea, potentilla, honeysuckle, hydrangea, lilac, forsythia and weigela respond very well to rejuvenation pruning. Both these types of pruning allow the sun to penetrate the center of shrub, and new growth replaces the branches that have been removed.
